Tarcore Labs Has Acquired a Premium Office/Warehouse Building to Establish a State-of-the-Art Oil Sands Analytical Centre
November 1, 2010 Tarcore Labs has signed a sales agreement to purchase a premium office/warehouse building in northeast Calgary. The property has an existing office space, a high-ceiling warehouse, and plenty of undeveloped land for future expansion. The multi-million dollar plan is to spend the next 12 months renovating the building to become a state-of-the-art oil sands speciality laboratory. Engineering firms have already been hired to work with the Tarcore to redesign the interior of the building in order to expand our capacity to meet the oil sands industry’s needs for core handling, core storage and analytical services for many years to come.
